Timothy J. Moltz P.E. - President

Tim has supervised the preparation of construction plans for municipal improvement projects in Central Texas Cities that include the widening of Cypress Creek Road, Bagdad Road and portions of FM2243 in Leander, Texas; intersection improvements at 10th Street and Pecan Street, Utility improvements along Weiss Lane, and the extension of Oxford Drive in Pflugerville, Texas. He has overseen the development of residential subdivisions in the Cities of Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville and the Village of Bee Caves, as well as overseen the development of many commercial land development projects throughout the Central Texas area. His experience includes managing the coordination of the entire design team on projects, which includes bringing together the efforts of the land development, transportation and public works aspects of a project, and also coordinating the efforts of the land planners, environmental consultants, geo-technical analysts and onsite wastewater technology experts where applicable.
